This is sort of a cheat because its 2 skills instead of one but hey here goes ..

" You can run..."
Attribute : Strength
Type : Shout
Cost : 5 Energy
Recharge : 12 Seconds
Description : For 10..8..4 seconds all nearby foes move 33% faster,, when this skill ends they are knocked down for 2 seconds, and this shout ends

Cost : 10 Energy
Recharge : 12 seconds
Description : For 4..8..10 seconds any nearby knocked down foe is crippled for 1..4..8 seconds, if under the effect of " You can run ..." they become crippled and dazed for 4..8..10 seconds, and this shout ends

As you can see they can both be used on their own, but work better together in sequence .. warriors need a good strength shout or 2

Milea- Summon Angorodon
RiceCream- Enduring Spirit (obs flame spam = fun, but being an enchant, easily countered, nice work)

To the rest of you who didn't win, it isn't because your skill isn't cool, or unique. I judged these skills based on how detailed their descriptions were, and how balanced they were. Skill icons helped a bit, but the main thing that got the winners into their winning positions were following the guidelines extremely well. I may hold a contest like this again.

Looking back over the thread, I don't envy you for having to judge it. A lot of stuff I might have picked didn't end up making the cut. There were a lot more skills then I remembered.
